2010 — present time:
Strategic Business Units creation and development. Global approach

Nowadays ANCOR develops business in the four directions: recruitment, staffing, business process outsourcing, and consulting. All the ANCOR services are focused on our HR input into our clients' business. Our management objects include many territories, market niches, and products.

In 2010 ANCOR implemented strategic business units into the business structure. Strategic business units platform enables the holding with the business transparency for effective management and investment.

Within the holding there are the following strategic business units focused on specific products - recruitment, contract staffing & BPO, HR administration and payroll:

ANCOR intends to continue the process of market niches development and industry focused business units creation.

In 2012 the holding re-launched in Russia on of the HR consulting practices - Labour Law Consulting.

In desire to support our clients globally and widen the borders of our business, in 2012 ANCOR signed the strategic business alliance agreement with Randstad – one of the leading global HR-companies, providing stuffing services and complex HR-solutions.

2012 ANCOR Hi-Tech business unit entered the Russian market. Labour Law Practice start. ANCOR signed business alliance agreement with Randstad and started global HR projects performance.
2011 ANCOR Staff Leasing Company widened the range of outsourcing services with BTL, IT, and Recruitment Process outsourcing. The holding launched the own HR administration and payroll business unit - ANCOR Accounting Process Management.
2010 ANCOR celebrated the 20th anniversary. The holding business structured into strategic business units, Survey Services spun off into an independent business under CASE brand.
